What is CT4RT?
CT4RT is a private membership association (PMA) formed under the First and Ninth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. We are a grassroots fellowship dedicated to educating and empowering families and communities regarding the risks of modern technology, including wireless radiation, surveillance systems, and weather modification.
Are you a nonprofit or government-registered organization?
No. CT4RT is a private, unincorporated association. We are not registered with the state or federal government and do not seek licensure, oversight, or incorporation. All of our activities are conducted in the private domain, under constitutionally protected rights.
Do you provide legal or medical advice
No. We do not offer legal, medical, or financial advice. All materials, templates, and educational tools are shared for private, educational purposes only and are intended for members of the PMA acting in their personal and private capacity.
Can I become a member of CT4RT?
Membership is by invitation or request and governed by our Private Member Agreement. If you align with our mission and values, you may submit a request using the Contact Me form. If accepted, you will receive a private invitation and instructions for finalizing your membership.
What topics does CT4RT focus on?
Our core areas of focus include: * Wireless infrastructure (5G, small cells, macro towers) * EMF/RF radiation exposure * Smart grid and surveillance technology * Weather modification, cloud seeding, and geoengineering * Public trust protections, digital rights, and informed consent
Why aren’t these issues being addressed by public agencies?
Many of these technologies are being deployed through public-private partnerships, often without environmental review or public input. CT4RT was formed to inform the public, preserve lawful boundaries, and hold decision-makers accountable through lawful notice, research, and community education.
